Recovery Housing Referral Practices
Developed in collaboration with the Hamilton County Addiction Response Coalition's Recovery Pillar, SOARH, and On the Front Lines Community Alliance, this guide outlines best practices for ethical, compliant recovery housing referrals using the ORH Residence Locator.

To enhance the referral process, OTFLCA created 2 real-time tools that support front-line professionals in making accurate and appropriate placements:

-
Guided Placement Tool helps assess recovery readiness and match individuals to the appropriate level of housing.
-
Cincinnati Area Recovery Housing Requirements Spreadsheet outlines eligibility criteria and provider-specific requirements to help partners find the right fit for each client.
These tools streamline referrals and ensure access to quality, person-centered recovery housing.
